Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Terms and Conditions page. Here, we outline the rules and guidelines that govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read through the information carefully to ensure you understand your rights and responsibilities.

Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by phone.
A valid contact number and email are required to secure your booking.
We recommend arriving on time of your scheduled time to allow for consultation and preparation.

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit £20 may be required to confirm your booking.
Remaining balances must be paid in full on the day of service.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, gift vouchers and online transfers, we do not accept cheques.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel and 24 hours reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a late cancellation fee.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and may be refused future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation, depending on the schedule.
Full payment will still be required.

Health & Medical Conditions

Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or injuries prior to treatment.
Certain treatments may not be suitable for clients who are pregnant, have recent surgeries, or certain medical conditions.
A signed consultation form may be required before your first treatment.
Treatments are subject to change or cancelled based on client suitability, such as medical conditions or allergies.
Doctors note may be asked due to certain conditions/ illness. All services will be put on hold until they are provided

Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 or over to receive massage, waxing, or advanced skin treatments.
Teens aged 13–17 may receive select treatments with parental/guardian consent and presence.

Hygiene & Safety

All tools and equipment are sanitised between each client to maintain the highest hygiene standards.
Please arrive freshly showered for massage and body treatments.
Clients showing signs of contagious conditions (e.g. cold sores, rashes, infections) may be refused service.

Refunds & Returns

We do not offer refunds on services purchased .
Refunds on retail products may be granted within 7 days if the item is unopened and in original condition.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern.

Behaviour & Conduct

Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
Our team reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

Privacy

All client information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared with third parties without consent.

Promotions & Gift Cards

Offers, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Expiry dates apply and cannot be extended without prior arrangement.

Mobile Massage & Pamper Parties

Travel fees may apply depending on your location.
A suitable space must be provided for the massage table and access to water and a power outlet if needed.
Please ensure the environment is clean, warm, and free from distractions such as pets or interruptions.
Final guest numbers and treatment selections must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the party.
A minimum group size applies (usually 4 people) if numbers drop, you may still be charged the agreed rate.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we feel it is unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.
