Terms And Conditions 

We asked that you review or salon policy. Please note by booking an appointment you are accepting the terms and conditions of our policy.

TREATMENT BOOKING DEPOSIT

We require a  non-refundable deposit when booking. The deposit amount will depend on the type of service booked. Treatments under £40 must be paid in full.

CLIENT CONSULTATION

All clients are required to book a consultation with any service. Any new clients that has booked without one, your bookings will automatically be amended or cancelled without notice. Please advise us of any conditions, allergies or injuries before booking.

NO SHOWS

Missed appointments will result in a lot of deposit or full charged of any prepaid booking. We allow up to 5 no shows any more will have to pay in full for all future appointments.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY 

Please understand that as a salon we run on an appointment basis. When clients cancel/reschedule late it cost the salon financially. Even though we send out reminders it is your responsibility to remember your appointment.

We require a 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Less than 48 hours will result in a lost of deposit, charge of full paid service  or prepaid treatment package redeemed.

REFUND POLICY 

At Blake's Beauty all treatment/courses payments are Non-refundable. Once paying you have agreed to the policy. Please insure you have paid for the correct course/ treatment you have booked.

Any products purchased at online or at Blake's Beauty are sold brand new and for personal use only. We cannot give refunds on any products sold (opened or unopened).  

LATENESS

As treatments are back to back, if you are more than 15mins late we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, which will result in the lost of your deposit or any prepaid/package.

15mins grace period for treatments over an hour however you treatment will still be finished at its original treatment finishing time.

TREATMENT PACKAGES AND COURSES

All courses are valid for one year from the date of purchased. All courses are paid in full at the time of the booking. They must be completed within 12 months, these are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Late cancellation/missed appointment will result in a treatment deducted from your course. Any treatments left unused after 12 months will be automatically redeemed and a new package will need to be purchased.

Packages/courses of treatment are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed between the client and Blake's Beauty is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charges for non-attendance. The difference will be the refunded amount.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Can be bought for all treatments and courses. These are non-refundable and must be presented before the treatment. Please note we need the original voucher and we will not accept a picture or a photocopy. A gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchased. Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. Change will not be given, but the balance will remain until its expiry date

PAYMENTS

We accept cash and all majority credit cards, we do not accept cheques.

PERSONAL ITEMS

We ask clients to look after their property while at Blake’s Beauty. We will not take responsibility for any left unattended or damage on the premises.

PERSONAL HYGIENE

Personal hygiene is so important to us. We ensure our therapist hygiene is up to standard, including clean uniform. We recommend showering before massage treatments to ensure all prior products are removed and acts as an extra safety step

AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be 18 years or over to receive treatments or parental consent will be required. We reserve the right to refuse performing treatments on any guest who is under the age of consent.

INAPROPIATE BEHAVIOUR

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is no sexual part to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of all services in the future. You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behaviour showed we may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. This also applies to anyone who has abusive or aggressive behaviour towards there therapist. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.

THERAPIST/STAFF ILLNESS

Unfortunately we might have to cancel your appointment due to the therapist/staff illness and emergency. Please rest assured that in such events our first option will be to move your appointment to another day. We will notify you as soon as we can if we need to cancel your appointment. 

PRENATAL CLIENTS 

No treatment can be carried out until the third trimester. Suitable treatment that can be provided is BB classic, Express cleanse, microdermabrasion and pregnancy massage. A proof of  midwife consent maybe be requested before your booking.

CONTRAINDICATION

If you have any medical history or taking medication, please get in contact with us before booking any treatment. failure to do so can put yourself at risk. We have the right to refuse service if any condition/medication was not disclosed and will need a doctors note.
