60-Minute Deep Tissue Massage
Service Description
Our Deep Tissue Massage is a powerful, restorative treatment that works beneath the surface layers of the muscle to release chronic tension, stiffness, and deep-seated stress. Ideal for those experiencing muscle pain, injury, or postural strain, this therapy uses slow, firm strokes and focused pressure to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Your therapist will begin with a short consultation to understand any problem areas or physical limitations. The massage may focus on areas such as the neck, shoulders, back, or legs, where stress and tension often accumulate. Techniques like myofascial release, friction, and trigger point therapy are used to break down knots, ease stiffness, and improve range of motion. While this massage is more intense than a Swedish massage, it is always delivered with your comfort in mind. Communication during the session is encouraged to ensure the pressure is therapeutic but not painful. Over time, regular deep tissue treatments can help manage chronic issues like lower back pain, sports injuries, or repetitive strain. This massage also supports circulation, reduces inflammation, and encourages faster muscle recovery, making it popular among athletes, office workers, and anyone who leads an active lifestyle. You’ll leave the session feeling lighter, looser, and deeply relaxed, with a noticeable release of physical and emotional tension.
