General

How do I book an appointment?

You can book via our website, social media, phone. A deposit may be required to confirm your slot.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations  and 24 hours  rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and online bank transfers. Gift vouchers are also accepted.

Can I bring a friend or child with me?

For safety and relaxation reasons, we kindly ask that you attend appointments alone unless accompanying a minor receiving a treatment.

Facials

How do I know which facial is right for me?

We offer a free consultation before every facial to assess your skin and recommend the most suitable treatment.

 How often should I get a facial?

Every 4–6 weeks is ideal for maintenance, but frequency may vary based on your skin type, concerns and treatment.

Can I wear makeup after a facial?

We recommend avoiding makeup for 24 hours to allow your skin to fully absorb the benefits of the treatment.

Will my skin break out after a facial?

Some people may experience minor breakouts as the skin purges impurities. This is temporary and usually clears within a few days.

Are your facials safe during pregnancy?

Yes, we offer pregnancy-safe facials. Please let us know if you are pregnant so we can tailor your treatment accordingly.

Massage

What should I wear to a massage?

Wear comfortable clothing. You’ll be asked to undress to your comfort level and will be covered with towels during the treatment.

Is massage safe during pregnancy?

Yes, we offer specially tailored pregnancy massages after the first trimester. Please notify us in advance.

Can I choose the pressure or area to focus on?

Absolutely. Each massage is customised to suit your needs, whether you prefer light or deep pressure or focus on specific areas.

Waxing

How long should my hair be before waxing?

Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the size of a grain of rice) for best results.

Does waxing hurt?

There may be some discomfort, especially for first-timers, but it becomes more manageable with regular waxing.

How can I prepare for my wax?

Exfoliate the 48 hours before and avoid lotions or oils on the day of your appointment. Take a mild pain reliever 30 minutes before if you’re concerned about discomfort.

How long will the results last?

Results typically last 3–4 weeks depending on your hair growth cycle.

Can I get waxed during my period?

Yes, but you may feel more sensitive. Please wear a clean tampon or menstrual cup if you choose to proceed.

Home Treatments

What areas do you cover for mobile massage?

We currently cover East London, Essex. If you’re outside this area, feel free to get in touch, as we may still be able to accommodate you with a small travel fee.

What do I need to provide for a mobile service?

Just a quiet space large enough for a massage table, with access to water, power outlet if needed. We bring everything else massage bed, towels, oils, and relaxing music if desired.

Can I book more than one massage for the same day?

Yes! We can accommodate multiple people perfect for couples, treatment will be done one after other . Please let us know in advance to arrange enough time.

Do you bring your own equipment?

Yes, we bring a professional massage table, clean linens, and all necessary products. You just need to relax and enjoy!

Is mobile massage safe during pregnancy?

Yes, but only after 12 weeks trimester . Please let us know you’re expecting when booking, so we can tailor your treatment and bring pregnancy-safe equipment.

Pamper Parties

How many people can attend a pamper party?

We cater to groups of 4 or more. For larger groups, we may bring an additional therapist to ensure everyone is seen comfortably. For extra people additional charge will be added per person.

Can I host the pamper party at my home?

Yes! We offer mobile pamper parties and will come to your home or venue. You’ll just need to provide enough space for the setup and comfort of all guests.

What treatments are included in a pamper party?

We offer mini treatments such as facials, massages, hand/foot care, and more. You can customise the package based on your group’s preferences.

Is there an age limit for pamper parties?

Pamper parties are suitable for adults and teens. For children’s parties, we offer kid-friendly, non-invasive treatments with parental supervision.

What’s included in the setup?

We provide all necessary equipment—treatment beds/chairs, products, towels, and optional calming music. You’re welcome to add decorations, snacks, or bubbles for your own touch!

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or larger groups, to secure your preferred date and time.
