Cancellation Policy

• Please arrive clean and (exfoliated-ideally 48 hours before your appointment). • Hair should be at least a grain of rice in length (around 3–4 weeks of growth) for best results. • Avoid sun exposure, hot baths, and exfoliating the area 24–72 hours before and after your appointment. • Clients under 18 will need parental consent for intimate waxing. • Please arrive alone and on time, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled. • All first time clients are required to book a consultation with any treatment. •A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a late cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and may be refused future bookings. • A non-refundable deposit £20 may be required to confirm your booking slot. • By booking you agree to the policy above.
