High Frequency
Service Description
High Frequency is a time-tested, non-invasive skincare technology that uses low-level electrical currents to treat and prevent stubborn skin concerns, particularly breakouts and acne. At Blake’s Beauty, we incorporate this advanced treatment to oxygenate the skin, purify the pores, and energise the complexion, all while promoting healing from within. This treatment involves the use of a glass electrode that emits a gentle electrical current when applied to the skin. As it glides across the surface, it produces a subtle buzzing sensation and a therapeutic warmth. The electrical current generates ozone a form of oxygen which has a natural antibacterial effect. This helps to kill acne-causing bacteria, reduce inflammation, and calm irritated or congested skin. High Frequency also stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, encouraging healthy cell function and aiding in the absorption of skincare products. It’s ideal for clients dealing with acne, enlarged pores, blackheads, oily skin, or inflammation. When used regularly, it helps keep breakouts at bay, speeds up healing time, and reduces the risk of future scarring. This treatment can be used as a stand-alone solution or added on to most facials. It is painless, safe for most skin types, and requires no downtime—making it a great maintenance option for those wanting clear, glowing skin without irritation. For skin that feels clean, calm, and revitalised, High Frequency is a smart, science-based choice to support your healthiest complexion yet.
