Using a sterile, medical-grade microneedling pen with ultra-fine needles, your therapist creates tiny microchannels in the skin’s surface. These micro-injuries trigger a cascade of regeneration: increasing cell turnover, boosting collagen synthesis, and enhancing product absorption by up to 300%. Over time, this results in visibly improved skin texture, reduced fine lines, minimised pores, and a smoother, more radiant complexion. Microneedling is particularly effective for treating acne scarring, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, stretch marks, and signs of premature ageing. Cancellation Policy
•All first time clients are required to book a consultation before there first treatment. •A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in your deposit being retained or a cancellation fee being charged. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and may be refused future bookings. • A non-refundable deposit £20 may be required to secure your appointment. • If you've had a facial treatment at another salon, a consultation is still required. Depending on the treatment you have had and when, your appointment need to be rescheduled, as some treatments cannot be carried out on the same day. • For massage appointments, please avoid eating a large meal or consuming a large amount of caffeine immediately before your treatment. • If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or other condition that may affect your treatment, please contact us before attending.
