Designed specifically for expectant mothers, our Pregnancy Massage is a safe, nurturing, and tailored experience that provides much-needed physical and emotional support throughout all stages of pregnancy (after the first trimester). At Blake’s Beauty, we understand the unique changes a woman’s body undergoes during this time and offer gentle, specialised techniques to ease tension, reduce swelling, and promote relaxation. Using side-lying or semi-reclined positioning for comfort and safety, your therapist will focus on the areas most commonly affected by pregnancy: the lower back, hips, legs, shoulders, and feet. Gentle strokes and light to moderate pressure help relieve muscle tightness, joint discomfort, and sciatic nerve tension, while also improving circulation and lymphatic drainage. Pregnancy massage can also ease symptoms like insomnia, leg cramps, back pain, and headaches while lowering stress hormone levels. Many clients find it improves sleep, boosts mood, and helps create a stronger connection between mind and body during this important time. All treatments are tailored to your trimester and individual needs. We avoid certain pressure points and essential oils are not recommended during pregnancy, and we always prioritise your safety, comfort, and relaxation. Cancellation Policy
• Treatments are available only after 12 weeks (2nd trimester onwards). • You must disclose that you are pregnant at the time of booking, so we can tailor your treatment safely. • Certain treatments may be restricted depending on your stage of pregnancy and any medical conditions. • If you’re feeling unwell, have complications or are under midwife/GP advice, please get in touch before booking your appointment. • Consent from general practitioners or midwife is required before booking. •All new clients are required to book a consultation. •A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a late cancellation fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and may be refused future bookings. • By booking you agree to the policy above
