Whether you’re struggling with acne, sensitivity, pigmentation, ageing concerns, or simply want to understand your skin better, this professional analysis is designed to identify your skin’s needs and create a results-driven treatment plan. During your consultation, one of our skilled skin specialists will assess your skin type, condition, and current routine. We’ll discuss your concerns, lifestyle habits, and previous skincare history to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where improvements can be made. If needed, we may use tools such as magnification, moisture testing, or digital imaging for a more in-depth analysis. Based on our findings, we’ll recommend a bespoke treatment plan tailored to your skin goals—whether that includes facials, advanced treatments like microneedling or chemical peels, or a homecare routine with professional-grade products. We believe in education and empowerment, so we’ll explain how ingredients, habits, and services work together to support long-term skin health. This consultation ensures we approach your skin with precision and care, avoiding guesswork and ensuring the best possible results. Whether you’re new to skincare or looking to elevate your regimen, a professional Skin Consultation is your first step toward glowing, confident skin. The consultation gives us all the information we need to know before we begin your treatment. · First, during an initial consultation, your therapist will hand your intake form, and go over any concerns or questions you or your therapist have. · A 2-week preparation is required for clients who have booked a chemical peel/microneedling with recommended products to correspond with the treatment. · After the consultation your therapist will discuss a pre/post plan, self-care plan and recommends follow-up treatment, if necessary. . If you're unsure which facial/chemical peel or Microneedling suits you best feels free to contact us. **Please insure you have ONLY booked in for a skin consultation for Chemical peel and Microneedling. Your official appointment will be booked once you have received your pre/post care pack.
Cancellation Policy
•All first time clients are required to book a consultation before there first treatment. •A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel an appointment. • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in your deposit being retained or a cancellation fee being charged. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost and may be refused future bookings. • A non-refundable deposit £20 may be required to secure your appointment. • If you've had a facial treatment at another salon, a consultation is still required. Depending on the treatment you have had and when, your appointment need to be rescheduled, as some treatments cannot be carried out on the same day. • For massage appointments, please avoid eating a large meal or consuming a large amount of caffeine immediately before your treatment. • If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or other condition that may affect your treatment, please contact us before attending. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled for your safety and ours. •By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to the booking policy above.
