Chemical Peel + LED
Service Description
Reveal a brighter, smoother, and more radiant complexion with our advanced Chemical Peel with LED Therapy a powerful skin-resurfacing treatment designed to deeply exfoliate, renew, and revitalise the skin while accelerating healing and enhancing results through the calming power of LED light therapy. At Blake’s Beauty, this treatment begins with a personalised consultation to assess your skin type and concerns. Whether you’re dealing with acne, pigmentation, dullness, or fine lines, we select a peel formulation tailored to your unique needs. Our professional-grade chemical peels use active ingredients such as glycolic acid, lactic acid, salicylic acid, or blended AHA/BHA solutions to break down dead skin cells, unclog pores, stimulate collagen production, and promote rapid cell turnover. The peel is applied to freshly cleansed skin and left on for a precise amount of time, depending on the strength of the formula and your skin’s sensitivity. You may experience a mild tingling or warming sensation as the active acids penetrate the skin. The solution is then neutralised, and the skin is soothed in preparation for the next phase of treatment. To enhance the effectiveness of the peel and calm any post-exfoliation inflammation, the treatment is followed by LED Light Therapy. Using safe, non-invasive wavelengths of light, LED therapy works at a cellular level to target specific skin concerns while accelerating the skin’s natural healing process. Red LED light is commonly used after chemical peels to reduce redness, stimulate collagen production, and increase circulation. If acne is a concern, blue LED light may be applied to kill acne-causing bacteria and reduce future breakouts. Green or yellow light may also be used to target pigmentation or calm sensitive skin. LED therapy is gentle, painless, and extremely effective when used alongside chemical exfoliation, helping to minimise post-peel sensitivity and promote faster, healthier regeneration. After LED, a series of hydrating serums and protective SPF are applied to lock in moisture and shield your freshly exfoliated skin. In the days following your treatment, you may experience light flaking or mild redness as your skin renews itself—this is a normal and beneficial part of the process. You’ll notice visibly brighter, clearer skin within days, with continued improvement over the following weeks.
